"Deep in the woods of Appalachia, old moonshine stills can still be found.
"Old Mtn Dew" catches a glimpse of an Appalachian native, sasquatch, tending his still with his trusty dog. Illuminated by an old lantern, views can spy flames flickering under the still and hints of the copper worm as white lightning fills a mason jar. In the foreground, native mountain laurel and blackberry brambles frame the image with a quilted banner reading "Old Mtn Dew"
"Old Mtn Dew" printed image is 24" x 24" on 26" x 26" cotton paper. The original block was hand drawn, hand carved on 3/4 birch plywood.
A limited edition of 7 prints were pulled.
